I walked in and the place was packed. I did not have an appointment but quickly ushered to the back where my daughter and I received the most wonderful service. They offered us drinks and we were truly pampered. The staff was young and SUPER friendly! We saw them out in the community the following week and they remembered us. So I took my other daughter back and they noticed the first daughter had chipped her nails so they fixed them for free!!! SUPER friendly kid place! I am sold forever!!!!

I went in for a full set of acrylic nails on a Wednesday by that Sunday 6 nails have popped off and the staff refused to discount me on putting new ones on! And I am not rough on myseat nails either!

I was asked to pay for my nails before they were done. The person then asked me to put my pin # into the credit card machine. She then said that the transaction did not go through. She processed my card again a second time. When I told them about it a couple of days later after reviewing my bank statement online & took the statement to them to prove it. They refused to resolve the issue. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

I think this salon is just perfect! The young team and funky interior style make this little known gem the local place to get a manicure, pink and white, creative nail decals, relaxing pedicure or just pick up some nail polish. The salon is spotless, the team is hip, and most importantly, you can see they care about what they do and when you come in, they care about you!
