In fairness, my family tried to warn me in advance that this place had gone downhill. But I'd gotten OK (not terrific) service there before, so gave them another shot today. I had an afternoon function and needed a quick trim, maybe at most a leave-in treatment for damage. Yes, I was a walk-in, but was assured I'd be seen promptly — and after all, it was a quick job. I waited and waited. Customers were finished and left. One stylist working, a second fiddled *endlessly* with the till (seriously, how long does it take to balance a drawer?) and a third disappeared god knows where. Finally gave up, went next door, got some barber shears and a hot oil treatment to take care of business myself. Never, ever going back there.

Went in to get hair cut. Man and I signed in and told next available stylist would help us (4:10 pm). Six stylist at stations 5 doing cuts 1 a color. Man taken by next stylist and 2 more persons get checked in for services. Three clients waiting for services of stylist, each time one finished they checked out client and went to back of salon (did not clean up hair at station). Now one stylist doing color on client and 5 stylist in back of salon laughing, stations not swept up and 3 clients waiting (4:55pm). Left in disbelief that they would ALLOW 5 stylist in back at same time. Wrote email to company which said they would contact me within 3 days......well 3 weeks later and no contact!

I had the worst experience at this salon. I have long hair and thought I made it very clear that I wanted to take as little from the ends as possible because I am still trying to grow it. Not only did they hack my hair (were talking like 5-6 inches cut off) but the entire time I was getting my hair cut the hair dresser was talking crap on my hair the entire time, like how the last place didn't cut it right, how I was using the wrong shampoo, etc. I felt horrible leaving the salon and haven't gotten my hair cut for over a year bc I am terrified to have a simular experience ...

my daughter tried getting her hair colored last week and the lady who worked there said it wasn't possible, we waited for about 15 minutes.She kept telling us we couldn't do it and she gave us plenty of attitude, she talked about how she closed early when she wasn't suppose to, threw towels, and told my daughter how bad her hair was. i'm not going to spend my time and money there, if they're going to treat customers like that. I highly don't recommend going to Hair Cuttery!
