I went to this place because my sister has gotten her cut there and recommended them. Well the Owner, Crystal did my perm for me. I am getting married in one month and have hair down to the middle of my back. I was looking for a nice perm so when I curled my hair for my wedding, which I was leaving down with long curls, the curls would stay in. With the perm I would be able to use the curling iron to enhance the curls from the perm. After showing her a picture of the hair perm I was hoping to achieve she did let me know that the pictured hair style was done with hot rollers, not a perm. BUT that a perm in my long hair would give it body and a nice curls after the perm. YEAH NOT WHAT I GOT. I came out with a perm that looked like it was done 3 months ago! It looks like some one took my hair in one of the 1980s crimpers BUT IT COST ME $100.00 dollars. She knew when I was done that I wasn't happy and decided to finish blow drying my hair and took a curling iron to it to show me what it COULD look like if it washed, blow dryed, and then curled. There is not even on curl in my hair. Its just long and crimpy; what a joke. And to add insult to injury, when I orginally called she said it was $55.00 to have my hair colored, (that included her supplying the hair coloring product). She offered while putting the hair rodes in to allow me to bring my own 3! boxes of color in and she would dye it for me so that it wouldn't become over processed and could get same color I always get. I thought "Oh, how nice of her." Till we got all done and she told me the price to that was $85.00 dollars?! What happened to the $55.00 dollars? I would already be bringing 3 boxes of perfect 10 hair color which would run me like $40.00 dollars and then she wanted to charge me $85.00 to color it on to of that?!?! SHE'S A WASTE OF TIME! I was so upset, by the time I got done it wasn't even worth asking why she was charging me so much just to put color in my hair which wouldn't have taken more then 10 minutes! Her dog who she so loved had better hair then me when I walked out and it was one of those bald doggies :( LADIES THERE ARE TO MANY PLACES IN DELAWARE TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE THEN TO WASTE TIME GETTING YOU HAIR DONE BY CRYSTAL AT HAIR FX!
