Never again. I have been a customer of JCpenny's in the past. I stopped in with my daughter this past Saturday to get my daughter's haircut and me a cut and color. The salon hours stated they were open for business however the rude hairdresser refused to do our hair because she had an appointment coming in. Her loss. I found another salon WILLING to make $200 dollars that night. I contacted the manager I really did not get much out of her either. I told her that if she is open for business then maybe more hairdresser need to be scheduled that are willing to work for a living. No worth my time ever again.
The absolute worst experience in a hair salon I've ever had and all I had done was a wash and blow dry with zero style rude hair dresser do not waist your money go somewhere else!
