I wanted to switch my hairstyle up, and Ann Marie did a great job of listening to what I wanted, giving me a beautiful haircut. The rest of the staff was also warm & welcoming.

Worst pedicure ever! The tech tried to charge me for the signature pedicure when she did a very quick, unprofessional job on my feet. She rubbed my legs for maybe 3 minutes total. Not even all the cuticles were removed. I called to verify they accepted Spafinder, they said yes, when I presented the card, the owner said they didn't and was not even nice about it. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, you are better off at the mall.

I got my hair colored here once and I loved the turn out. My cousin actually recommended them and I'm glad she did!

I went here because I was given a gift card for Christmas They should not say spa in the title. I had a 2:45 appointment time for a facial I arrived at 2:30. When I walked in they had 2 chairs and 4 people waiting for services I was asked if I wanted anything to drink but not offered a place to sit they had no one using the pedicure chairs but I was left standing as I waited. I told them I have a 2:45 appt time and was told yep they would be with me soon. At 3:05 they finally came to me with paperwork to fill out. I had to fill it out while standing and listing to personal stories that did not belong in either the workplace or a place for relaxation. I also got to listen to a employee singing at the top of her voice and not someone that was a good singer. The facial itself was great but I was so disappointed in the waiting experience that I could not fully enjoy it. Then afterword they spent all the time they could trying to pressure me into products that are way overpriced. I would not go back for anything very bad experience.

I've been coming here for years and I enjoy my experience every time. They are always very accommodating with my appointments whether it be hair or spa, they truly care about their clients. Anyone thats looking for a new salon and spa shoud definately check them out!
