I wish I could rate no stars. My husband went here, and after going back and forth with the stylist trying to attempt a simple trim, it still looked horrible. He kept telling her to take more off the back and sides, and she kept taking more off the top. I still had to re-cut and fix at home.

I have taken my boy to this location 3 times. 3 stikes and you are out - Sports Clips. Each time, they are more into cat fights than focused on the customer. The lady at the register is more focused and concerned about what time one of the hair techs is leaving then a line of 3 customers standing in front of her. The hair techs will clip one customer, than take a langer than necessary break in the back of the shop. There is a lot of unnecessary wait time for the customers. I paid $12 for a boys haircut (Junior Varsity) about 6 weeks prior. This last visit, after presenting a $5 off coupon, was changed $16 (adult haircut) for the same boy, and $16 for myself - she jacked the rate $4 for the boy to cover the $5 coupon. I have no reason to return to this location. Don't bother using their services. There are lots of hair cutting places around, including 2 men's barber shops just up the street.
Ask for Detra. She does a GREAT job!
I always get my haircut here and it's always great!
