I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated at this Nail Salon. The last 2-3 times I have been in the salon, I haven't been treated very nicely. The time before last, I barely got a "thank you" when I paid and got ready to leave. I feel like all they want is money. What finally did it for me was my last visit. I went in to have a full set of nails with designs and a toe polish change and for those of you that have nails, etc you are familiar with how much it costs to get all of this done and the time it takes. As I was getting the design, the owner dropped and busted a whole bottle of RED nail polish on the floor resulting in it splashing up all over my American Eagle jeans I had on and one of my tennis shoes. He was more worried about hurrying up and getting off of his floor/booth than any that got on me. Here am I now with wet nails and couldn't even attempt to wipe off the nail polish from my shoes. I finally said, "would you mind wiping the spot off of my shoe before it's too late?" and he did. As for the jeans, it was too late. There is no getting RED nail polish out of denim. He was not worried about it in the LEAST bit, let me assure you. It was all down the right leg of my jeans and there were witnesses there that saw it and couldn't beleive what had just happened and the fact that he was doing nothing to assist! He never mentioned one word about this incident or what he could do to help me out since he RUNIED my jeans. I know it was an accident but nevertheless, my jeans were not free and you know what? Neither were my nails. He charged me FULL PRICE for ALL of my services and his 17 year old daughter had the nerve to tell me to Google it to find out how to get it out. Really? It doesn't come out. So not only did I lose my jeans, I paid full price for everything and they lost a customer and if I have anything to do with it, will lose more. That is TERRIBLE customer service. I know a lot of people in the Lithia/Fishhawk area and I will never recommend them to anyone again. I was treated like a "nobody" there and making one customer HAPPY could change a business a whole lot for the better but treating someone like I was treated and not even offering to take off some of the price to compensate for my jeans is ridiculous and GREEDY. I will be spreading the word. And by the way, the nail polish did not come out of my jeans in the least bit. Very poor customer service!
I come here often with my mother to get pedicures. We're always treated nicely, the employees are courteous and do a very good job. The place is very well kept and the only downside ice ever encountered is how busy they are. They have enough workers, just so many people want pedicures!
