I don't recommend this place at all. When you think of spa, you think pampered, relaxation, right? Not here. They didn't take my name when I set the appt and I was ushered in and out so fast, I didn't get the cut I wanted. Hell, I barely got a cut. No dry, straightened or style, the girl was in such a hurry. My gift card included a pedicure which I ended up skipping because it was so chaotic there, they put me in the wrong place and waited 20 minutes before anyone noticed me. I don't see how they can call this place a spa. I felt embarrassed and disappointed. The prices are spa prices but definitely not a spa in any other sense of the word. It's barely a salon.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The people who work there are rude and very unprofessional. I went there with my best friend to get my nails done my nails look like a 5 year old child did them. I had a picture with a simple leopard design that came out looking like a bunch of circles and scribble lines. When the other nail tech saw the awful job she LAUGHED in my face and started talking in another language to another nail tech. There is what looks to be a 13 year old child running the front desk and also small children in the back on laptops. It was a horrible experience i would not recommenced this place to ANYONE.

This is a glorified nail salon not a spa. Chaotic and unprofessional. For $75 my wife should have been longer than twenty minutes and not wearing her hair in the same ponytail she went in with,

I went here about a couple months ago. I did receive great service however the quality of service was mediocre. I asked for a manicure and to keep the length of my nails. She immediately cut them all off. I told her I wanted to keep them and then she told me "I thought you said full set I'm sorry." That upset me and during the time she was doing my nails she clipped skin which made me bleed and then it was time for my wax. She allowed the wax to stay on too long and when she took it off I had raw skin. I told her it burned and she said okay ill put cream on it. I paid and left without thinking of looking in the mirror. I went into Macy's and a woman told me I have blood on my eyelids. I went into the restroom and I was bleeding. I went back and they said they could not refund me because I do not have the receipt and they don't have a record that the person did that. I would try this place for hair but not their nail and waxing services.

I did not like when I got my nails done there, but I have always had great hair results. Chuck is the best stylist I have ever worked with. Cherisse is also great. Maria is also great.
