I called to make an appt and the woman was rude and rushing me off the phone. She made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. The prices seemed fair, but I decided to go to the reflections spa where the prices are a little higher, but customer service seemed WAY better. I like to feel as though my business is appreciated.

BEWARE this lady needs way more experience!!! My friend and I made two brazilian wax appointments, and when we arrived a little early, we were asked to wait until our appointment, which is fine. However, we then had to wait another 15 minutes because she was with another customer, which she did not inform us of. I threatened to leave, but the client she was doing a pedicure for tells us "she is on the top coat." Let your customers know what is going on! It went down hill from there. She used hard wax on me, which I have never had done and hurt like heck! She insisted that is the way brazilians are done...uh...no...I have been having this procedure done for 5+ years!!! She then proceeded to tear my hair instead of pulling it out from the root because she was putting the wax on incorrectly and not keeping the skin tight. Also, instead of applying more wax in a new area she used the wax that was leftover on the cloth strip. This lady hurt us both very bad and left hairs everywhere!!!! I had to tell her to go back and wax spots that she missed. Since she tore the hairs, my wax job will be growing back in a week instead of 3-4. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of money!!! My friend and I are investing in our own waxing kit. I cannot stand trying someone else to see if they can do it right!!! If it was not for the chance in getting arrested, we would have walked out and not paid!!!

Went there yesterday and had a horrible massage, they are rude and under new ownership. They are going to kill this place, it used to be very good, now the Koreans are ruining it. Do not waste your money !!

Assa Days spa is an all around great spa experience. I have gotten great facials for a fair price.
