Aora Salon & Spa

So I received an Enjoy the Spa Certificated in September when this women came to my job offering some sort of deal where you get all this great stuff for like 90% off. Now it's February (about to expire) and after calling and calling over and over leaving voicemails my name and phone number I have STILL not been able to set an appointment. I can't really rate the salon seeing how I've never been there but so far it seems to me that their costumer service sucks, and no one is there or just doesn't answer their phone. Unless I lived close to them I wouldn't bother
OMG!!!!! First off, this place needs a face lift! But the most mind blowing thing is that these people DO NOT know what they are doing! I don't know how or even if they have their licenses. I first heard about this place because a company came into my work marketing this place and offered 300.00 worth of services for $60.00. Me and a friend did it, scheduled it and went there. I wanted partial highlights she wanted a manicure and pedicure. After 2 hours of product in my hair, there was NO HIGHLIGHTS to be found!!! I thought are you kidding me??? My friend's manicure was a joke. The same girl who did my highlights did her hands, didn't even soak them, started cutting her cuticles DRY! The polish was so thick it bubbled. The ONLY good thing that came out if this visit is that we found a GREAT PIZZA place next door! Oh and there is this horrible screeching sound coming from the pipes and walls when you flush the bathroom toilet. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
This place was awesome! The people were very friendly, and the services were all high quality and very unique. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! I am going back for sure.
Dont think this place is real woman came in asking for debit card info and the website and phone number do not work.
