By far the worse customer service in the world. After they called us to cancel our first appointment, my girlfriend and I rescheduled for the following day only to drive 45mins and have no staff show up on time. The only thing on time was the rude, excessively overweight, cake face female, who try to charges us for canceling after my girlfriend and I showed up 15 mins prior as they request. Also, this is not a Spa it is a glorified hair salon with horrifying music.
Hello, My experience with this spa was HORRIBLE. This is a bottom of the barrel place that needs Groupons to stay in business. First, my massage therapist was a scrawny fellow who did not seem properly trained, and I have to wonder if he was even licensed. It was not even a proper massage, but more like being touched lightly. When I asked him to use more pressure (far fom "deep tissue"), he increased his pressure slightly which still was more like caressing than massage. He also talked relentless at me during the massage even though I did not respond to him. Then I had my facial, given from a woman who suffered from shaking and some kind of palsy from a brain fever she had as a child. I feel bad for her as she was nice enough, but this is the wrong job for her where manual dexterity and finesse is required. She clumsily smeared my face and was shaking the entire time. It was anything but enjoyable. At one point I asked her to stop to see if she was alright and this was when she told me about her condition. Was was also coughing loudly and seemed to be ill. The whole experience was like some kind of joke and I kept expecting to find that I was on a hidden camera show. I emailed them asking for help with these issues, and the email was completely ignored. Pathetic customer service.
Bought the Groupon and found out they are booked until August. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. Got a refund from Groupon. Definitely wouldn't want to go to a place that is that rude an unsympathetic to their customers.
i took my son to the their new salon in lake buena vista for a hair cut i waited 6 month until his hair grew long so he can get that paul walker curly hair style. i even show the lady a picture on my smart phone of the hair style i want for my son and told her to not cut it short just trim a little bit and make it even. but she just cut it short like i was speaking Chinese. my son's hair is between wavy and curly and short hair does not look good on him at all. that was my first time there and will be the last i will never go back there. seriously???!!! now i have to wait another 6 month to grow his hair long again.what kills me i paid them and left without saying a word i somehow thought it was my fault i went there in first place.
A friend and I purchased a Groupon for a full spa day - facial, massage, pedi, and mani - at the I-Drive location. First of all, let me say that the massage was AMAZING! Paul was completely professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely go back for the massage. As for the rest of the day, let's just say I was underwhelmed. They forgot about my facial...yes, completely forgot. I went with a friend. I had my massage, while she was getting her facial, and then we were supposed to switch. Well, she got called back for her massage, while I sat there for 50 minutes. I asked twice how much longer the wait would be, and was told each time that "she is coming". I finally asked a third time, and a minute later my friend came walking out of her massage room. Paul, the massage therapist, saw me still sitting there and apologized profusely. He gave me a voucher for 2 free facials in the future, but since I live 3 hours away, I don't see me using them. Next, we were off to get mani's and pedi's. I made the appointment for both my friend and I, so they knew we were coming together. However, for our pedi's, they put us on opposite sides of the room. It was very awkward to try and have a conversation with her without having to shout and disturb the other patrons. The nail technician was very polite, but the pedicure left a lot to be desired. Besides their extremely limited selection of colors, it took a total of 15 minutes. I went back and checked later, thinking at the time that maybe I didn't read the fine print, and it was supposed to be an express pedi. No, it was supposed to be a full pedicure with callous removal. However, it consisted of a quick soak, wrapping a plastic bag around my feet for about 60 seconds each, and then a quick polish. Nails were next. Again, very quick, and leaving a lot to be desired. I realize that all of this was purchased with a discount through Groupon, but I don't feel like I got services equal to what I paid. I certainly would not go back and pay full price for any of these services. Okay, maybe the massage, but considering how many other places in the area offer quality massages as well as all of the other services at a better quality, I would definitely choose another business.
