I went here once with a Groupon and that was my first experience, the people were nice. When I tried to call back the stylist who did my hair the first time, TWICE, she never called back, so I tried to just call the salon to schedule with someone else. Had to leave a message. When they called back I was unavailable, but they left a message saying to call back to set up an appointmet. I tried calling back about 3 hours later, 6 times, all going to voicemail. I think I will try somewhere else that knows how to answer the phone.
