I had never been to a Hair Cuttery before but my Aunt suggested it after a JCPenney salon butchered my hair. I called ahead and they said come right in they'd fix it! I was greeted as soon as I walked into the place which was nice and clean. Dena took care of me and immediately started raving about how she was jealous of my natural highlights. Whether she was being honest or just trying to boost my confidence because of the terrible haircut I had just come from and told her about, I don't know; but it was appreciated either way lol. She fixed my hair, gave me a great cut, and we had great conversation in the friendly atmosphere of the shop, all for half the price of the original bad one I got at JCPenney. I'm officially going to Hair Cuttery from now on!

Patty is by far one of the most talented stylist I have ever had. She asks questions before she cuts to makes sure that you and her on the same page in order to ensure you get just what you are looking for. I can say that no matter what I get done from her she is great. I've had my color changed twice,endless cuts,and even a few straightening treatments done!! The best of the best. Honestly didn't know that such talented people work at chains...I am so happy that I found out!!! And she takes appointments now too allowing me to always get the stylist I want and the hair care I expect!!!

I just got my hair done by Michelle R., I normally go to higher end salons and despite the higher prices it's always hit or miss and even the hits were because I was having something simple done. Well times are tough and I need a style badly. So I gave it a shot, Michelle was courteous, Listened to me carefully and was able to translate what I asked for into a beautiful cut and style! She knew what worked with my hair type and texture and my face. It is the best cut I have had in years! I will definitely go back soon.

The biggest issue with this place is the fact that they have no retention whatsoever. Never had my hair trimmed by the same person twice. Do NOT come here to style your hair, it'll be a waste of money. Trims only. Overall, staff is very professional and the floor is generally clean. Wouldn't recommend to others because of the hit/miss results I've gotten.

the only person i go to here is alecea. Alisha? well i dont know how to spell it but thats her name. shes been there for years and she works exactly how i need. i have very thin hair and she works miracles! ive seen her work thick hair too and she does great. i leave her a huge tip everytime i go bc i think she deserves it. im always happy when i leave. she always does whats best for me in the style that i choose. not like other people that cut your hair how THEY think it should be, I LOVE HER! ask for alisha!
