That was the worst experience ever!!! The first time I walked out of the hair place in tears instead of happy and pleased as it had always happened before. I needed something close and the place I usually go to (Box Office Hair in Tuscavilla – great place). So I chose Great Looks Salon by their price which was about the same as my regular place. Service wasn’t what it should be for their price range. I’m not even talking about drinks that are usually offered at other places. The place looked more like one of the franchise cutteries which usually charge less than 50% of what they charge. The hairdresser didn’t even wash the hair right. I should’ve just walked out then, but gave it a benefit of a doubt… which was a BIG mistake. The haircut came out terrible. She just didn’t know what she was doing. Neither one of the ladies who work there said it looked good. All they had to say is that they did the best they could with my hair. Well if my hair was too challenging – she should’ve said so in the beginning before messing it up. I have healthy fine hair. Neither one of the hair dressers I’ve used before ever had a problem with it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s just too much risk that you will come out unhappy.

Horrible Business - don't go there. I went for a haircut when they 1st opened a few years ago.... The stylist seemed stoned to me, she cut my mustache from a normal to almost a pencil thin joke. Her hands smelled like cigarettes... And dropped the scissors repeatedly. Waited years before I went back, my current stylist retired... Numerous neighbors said don't go, owner is horrible, they are way over priced... But - It's 5 minutes from my home ( and then they didn't have competition - now they do and they eat their lunch). Got a nice haircut and color, give the girl a commensurate $30 tip and look at the bill and they are more than 50% higher than the last 2 places I used... Mentioned it to the stylist - she says the owner sets the prices, I need to speak with her. Before I scheduled the next haircut - color, come back to see the owner - bring her the receipt from my previous salon and hers - showing the huge price difference.... The Obnoxious Fat British Slob - can't even walk up to the front to speak with me - she insults the stylist and me - by actually saying - we mis charged you - it should have been $15 more. Stylist is embarrassed. I never come back... And these poor girls have no business. This must be the worse Business OWNER IN CENTRAL FLORIDA.... She is rude to customers, berates her employees - and needs to look in the mirror... if it didn't make herself hurl in self image

The hairdresser did a really great job. However, the "salon", and I use the term loosely, is more like a generic hair cuttery located in a commercial strip next to a grocery store. I have never in my life paid so much money for a cut and blow dry, not even in the fancy country club salons! I will never go back. It is far more cost effective for me to drive the 45 minutes to my regular guy to pay half price! WAY overpriced!
