Place is terrible..I've been getting acrylic for over 10 years. I tried this place and it was all together poor quality...he was rushing...I wasn't fond of them but dealt with it...the next day my pedicure was already chipping and my nails looked to already be lifting due to the acrylic left inderneath . went in 3faus later and he said they would fix my pedicure...their idea of fixing was using the design brush and only correcting what was messed up so far...rudly at that. Never again..its now been a week and my nails are all on the verge of popping off.

I called while at outback around corner and asked how much it woud be to get my hair that just touches my shoulders washed real quick and at least partially blown dry but no style--just heading home but wanted a quick wash. Lady on phone said $20 which I thought was about 5 higher than another place but agreed and headed over. Wilma washed my hair getting the whole back of my shirt wet when she ansered her cell phone briefly. She took her time drying it because she stops when she talks....then charged me 30 bucks...no styling with round brush or flatiron just a fast wash and blown dry 90%---too high and not what the lady said on the phone...I should have paid 20 and walked out. It is NOT a spa..

Pretty aggravated. Been sitting here for over an hour for a pedicure. They are 5 people behind and claim to every new customer that comes in for a service that it takes 30 minutes...obviously not if I've been sitting here an hour. The staff is moving at a snails pace regardless of how many people they have waiting. Everytime I come into this salon I've noticed the staff exudes laziness and look like they don't even want to be there or to do any service. I can't stand when someone is doing my nails and they use their phones, either and this place is a huge culprit of using cellphpnes to laptops with customers in the salon. They have a lot of work they could be doing because frankly, the place needs it. Would rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes for good service and a larger staff that take pride in their work. Do yourself a favor...look into other nail salons in your area. By the way, I'm currently in the seat and halfway done in maybe 5 minutes. Why are they RUSHING through my pedicure after I just waited an hour while they took their sweet time on everyone else?!
