I had to file litigation in court to get my money refunded + pain and suffering from their complete incompetence in Laser Tattoo removal. Body Details failed to attend or send representation to either of the court appearances that they were summonsed for. Judgment was decided against them on 6/11/13. I will now have to hire a lawyer to pursue collection of the judgment. I was told by Body Detail that removal of my Black Inc. Tribal Tattoo (no color) was going to be smooth and easy - 9 appointments tops, and that this was so routine. Reaction to each session was a sense of burning, bleeding, and bandaging for days after. I attended 13 laser tattoo removal sessions, over more than 2 years, before the Physician Assistant slipped up and had a moment of honesty; she verbally admitted they will never be able to remove this tattoo. *That was a slip up and at that point they still wouldn't refund my money. My appointments were rushed, they over-book many laser tattoo removals in one weekend per month and move you in and out in 15 minutes or less - they don't take the time to move slowly and do the job right. There was also a rotation of 2-3 Physician Assistants over that time period, they lacked consistency throughout treatment.

First off the girls who work here are all so nice and super gorgeous! I used body details to get rid of the super gross hair on my back and I got good results. In six treatments I was completely hair free on my back. If you are a guy and are thinking about having the hair on your back removed let me be the first to tell you I wish I had done it sooner. Best thing I have ever done for myself. The worst part of the whole deal is showing the gorgeous nurse all the hair on your back in the initial consultation... So embarrassing...

Got my face lasered here because I am in the military and can’t ever grow facial hair. I got great results and I love that I get an extra 5 minutes of sleep every morning. Plus the wife loves that my face is smooth when I come home from work.

I used this location in addition to the location in Aventura based on my schedule. This office is Amazing! As for the company itself! It is a great place for laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal. I had a tattoo I got in college removed from my back and my underarms/bikini lasered to remove the hair. I was so happy with the results that I am now doing my entire body. I pretty much no longer have to shave anything in the shower! Awesome!

I am in sales and it is difficult for me to make and keep appointments; they were amazing at squeezing me in and making this experience as easy as possible. It was awesome!! Not only was the store impeccably clean and beautiful but the staff was friendly and understanding.I was impressed not only by the knowledge of the staff but the results of my treatments.I am not always able to keep appointments with my hectic schedule but I could see results after the first treatment. I highly recommend choosing Body Details, truthfully, many of my colleagues have been elsewhere and none of them have the positive experience you get at Body Details. Going anywhere else is just a waste of time and money.
