While I cannot comment on the quality of their haircuts, their service was absolutely TERRIBLE! By far the worst I've service I've ever had in a salon. First Impression: The place was clean and modern inside. It was busy. Both good signs... I thought. As I first stepped into Nicolas & Co, all the workers were busy. No problem. I sat down and waited my turn. I waited 50 minutes! During this time, not one worker said a single word to me! No one said hi. No one asked if I'd been helped or anything, even though I was desperately trying to make eye contact. Unacceptable. As the time passed I saw workers going outside to smoke, cleaning up their stations, and sitting around talking. Two other customers came in and were helped before me (I'll be kind and assume they had appointments). Nicholas & Co literally treated me like I wasn't even there. I got fed up and asked how much longer I needed to wait. They said they couldn't fit me in. The owner then apologized and asked if I would come back another day. No thank you. Final Impression: I'm never going back.
Excellent and professional salon. The owner is very attentive and the salon clean and modern. I will be back !
