Horrible experience with this place. Had been getting Botox there for a while. Asked about fine wrinkles under my eyes and over my lip. Filler girl says I need laser work. Laser girl says I need filler and back and forth. I should have listened to my gut and ran right then, but I trusted them. Big mistake. Ended up with $2358 worth of filler that did not help the problems I was consulted for, and actually made my eyes a lot worse. I have been swollen and bruised and haven't been able to leave home since the injections 7 days ago. Wasn't told one word about down time. Also, everything I drink comes running out of both sides of my mouth....but my upper lip is just as wrinkled as it was when I got there. Management only coldly refers to the consent form. Nice. A consent form doesn't give them free reign to do ANYTHING TO YOU WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY. What about being decent human beings? Not in the consent form? As the swelling and bruising subsides I look worse and worse. Zero improvement. Looking in the mirror is painful and depressing. Now I just see hollow dead looking eyes I've never seen before. I have an appointment with a plastic surgeon Monday to see what can be done. I am completely devastated emotionally, physically and financially. Stopped, dead in my tracks. Not the happy ending I was so excited about and saved for. Not at all. Apparently their consent form allows them to do whatever they want, with whatever result, with no regard for you and no accountability. This is the best place I have ever gone for Botox. My results have lasted longer than anywhere else I have gone for Botox. The staff are very professional, friendly the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have been very interested in trying Dysport and decided to go ahead and do so on 2/20/2014, I was seen by the P.A. Pam Ross, she was absolutely amazing!! I would also like to say a big THANK YOU to all the girls that work up front (Amy, Isni ), basically then entire staff at New Radiance of Palm Beach Gardens. The beauty event I attended on Thursday 2/20/2014, was one of the nicest and well put together events I have ever been too! I look forward to attending many more!!
