Tony is the best! I never get color or highlights and the staff is not pushy at all.

I went to Salon Estetica after purchasing a groupon for a facial. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally, offered something to drink. I was concerned about getting a facial because I am using RetinA and Facial treatments and waxing is generally not supposed to be done when using these products. My esthetician (Crystal) took me back, reassured me she was familiar with my skin treatment, and gave me an awesome facial. The facial was relaxing and my skin felt so smooth after. After, I asked her to wax my eyebrows and she did a fabulous job!!! I've had my brows done a million times and 1/2 the time they wax way more off than I like. So I will definitely go back here again!

Amy L. refused to fix a problem with my highlights and instead talked me down from my upset to have me come back for next scheduled highlight to avoid damaging my hair. Only to learn that the agreed on no charge redo was no longer available since she told me to wait beyond the 7 days which she also failed to mention was the deadline for redo. She did not honor her commitment to me to redo my hair and instead had me pay for her mistake and my own frustration. Nor Does this salon honor their so called referral policy either bring in 3 clients and you get a service for free. Unfortunately for Crystal, and Tony I will be taking my facials and hair needs elsewhere. Poor customer relations for a Co-Owner to not care how she deals with customer complaints.

Haircut, color, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax, I loved them all!!! They did a wonderful job and the price is very reasonable when you consider it is an Aveda Salon.
