My wife and I have been coming to First Choice for years now. I continue to come back because of the relaxed atmosphere and the excellent service. Shay and Diana are very skilled and professional hairdressers and have never skipped a beat. I've never once left unsatisfied. I'm not sure what problems the other people have experienced but I have never run into Spanish only speaking and bad scheduling. Thank you again to the ladies at the Lithia First Choice! You rock!

I have been going there for 8 years. I have had quite a few bad experiences with haircuts, and other services. Recently, a stylist, Shay, cancelled an appointment for my daughter 2 days before prom with out offering to see her hair or suggest an alternative. Diana the manager, is a great person, and stylist. It is almost impossible to get her though because to me she caters to the hispanic customers, and frequently will speak nothing but Spanish when they walk in, even when she is cutting someone else's hair. I will not be going back with my family. AF

I disagree with the review of Sept. 27, 2010. I only speak English and had no problems nor felt any bias. Yes, the owner is Hispanic, but I was treated with equal respect. I did have a problem one time with the hair cut I got by a young assistant, Brittany. It was so bad, I went back the next day, and Diana the owner fixed it to my satisfaction, without charging anything extra. I highly recommend calling ahead and asking Diana when she's available. Although it's a walk-in place, she will take appointments.

I have been here 1 time and my family has been here several time now without a problem although we usually go on Sundays so I don't believe the owner is in. Maybe I just haven't meet the person that "all" claims is biased but I plan on still going here.
