Worst. Place. Ever. The lady who cut my hair was terrible. She advised me she had been doing this for 13 years. I told her how I wanted my haircut, a very basic style. She said, "Well I don't know, but I guess we'll see how it turns out." While I was getting my haircut, all three stylists ignored their customers and gossiped among themselves. When she claimed to be finish, my hair looked horrible. I asked her if she was sure I was done. She then finished it and it turned out alright. When I went to pay I handed her my student ID. She looked at me blankly and asked "what is that?" I told her it was my student ID. "What am I suppose to do with that?" I explained to her I have been going to Great Clips since I started college and have been receiving a discount. She told me she had never heard of it at any Great Clips and refused to give me the discount. I would never go to this location.
