I am truly happy with the service provided here! The nail tech did an outstanding job with my hands and feet! She was very thorough with her work and she gave me a foot massage also! This is a great place to be!

Finally went to Salon Heaven & Spa after hearing about their new management etc. I must say I had an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had a spa treatment which included a massage. They are true to their name - I was in Salon Heaven! I am adding them to my monthly budget.

Great Salon and Great customer service! My haircut looks incredible! They were definitely attentive to details and I highly recommend them.

Never again!!! THE EXPERIENCE: I just wanted to go home most of the time! My haircut (a simple bob with bangs) took 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! Way too long! For half of my hair cut, my hairdresser spoke on the phone while he cut my hair (I later found out it was due to an emergency. I understand but then tell me and take it outside and I'll wait). I also don't think his cutting style took into consideration the texture of my hair, its weight, and body. I have Asian, pin straight hair. Every cut made shows up on my hair. I can see where the edges were made. All my past hairdresser go back and even out the edges. Not so much here. A 2nd person washed my hair, far too aggressive with their hands. I felt like my scalp was being shredded to pieces and I was losing hair. A third person (who didn't even know what my cut was) styled my hair. She kept fumbling and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She kept accidentally turning the dryer off and she took forever trying to find the right products. Her lack of confidence really made me nervous. Overall, the worst salon experience and expensive salon experience I've ever had. I almost started crying from sheer frustration. The Haircut: At first I thought it was alright, but then when I got home, I realized my bangs were extremely crooked and far to blunt. My hairdresser did not go back with scissors to do small vertical cuts to make it look more natural. I look like there's a helmet on my head. I had to fix my bangs for an hour at home. How bangs get messed up?! It's not a terrible cut, but it's not a wonderful cut. I think it will look better as it grows out. But still, for $50, I expect a great hair cut. Not something I go home frustrated with. The End Result: I did speak my mind by the end of the appointment. The best the salon could do for my appointment was 25% off, which meant my haircut was $37.50. I've had much better haircuts and experiences for this price. I didn't want to pay anything, but I took their best offer. They also offered me a free manicure for my next visit and 1/2 off my next hair appointment. I found this very generous and reasonable. Unfortunately, the damage is done, and I will never go back for another hair cut. Manicure...maybe, only maybe. Hair Service, absolutely not!
