Three days ago: I made an appointment with Lauren for 3:15 today. Two days ago: I got an email asking me to confirm my appointment with Lauren for 3:15 today. 1:17 PM today: I got a text message reminding me that my appointment is at 3:15 today. 3:15 today: After fighting through 5 miles of clotted school traffic, I arrive to Jean Marie Salon to find an orange city sign in the door naming it as a non-operational business, along with a sign telling me there's a "power outage" and to call the Homer Glen salon, and "sorry for any inconveniences." 3:16 today: I called the Homer Glen location at the number listed. Was put on hold. 3:20 today: Hung up the phone, tired of holding, and EXTREMELY angry!!! If this is not reconciled, I will never return to Jean Marie Salon, and will urge everyone I know to do the same.

There is no place like Jean Marie Salon. I am glad I walked into that Salon and never plan on leaving it. From the moment you step into the Salon you are treated with a great welcome to when you get your hair done or whatever you are there for. I love going to see Angel. She knows what to do with my hair every time and can't get enough of the hair products. What a great place!!! Thanks everyone.

Loved everything about the salon. My first experience there was flawless. From the greeting to good bye. I absolutely loved my stylist. The cut was perfect. JM Salon has gained a loyal customer.

Wonderful atmosphere! The stylist was really nice, listened to me, and was very positive.I was immediately offered coffee/water/tea, and was treated to a head and neck massage as well as a hand and arm massage as my conditioner was "setting in". I was very happy with my haircut and style (the stylist walked me through step-by-step on how to do it on my own). I have been trying to find a good salon/ stylist in the south-west suburbs for years, and I will definitely be returning to Jean Marie Salon.

Sarah was my stylist and she did a fabulous job with my hair. The color was just what I wanted and she styled it just the way I like it. The hand and arm massage was so relaxing and she was very friendly , asking me if I would like something to drink. Very classy looking place and the products they use are the best. I will forever be a client of Sarah's!
