Love my stylist Jennifer. Best haircuts I have ever gotten. Her attention to detail is superb.
I don't live in Chicago. I live 6 plus hours away. I have been to Lisa Thomas twice now and had Riley cut and style my hair both times. First time was a long hair cut. The second was a cute and sassy short cut. Riley is fantastic and so patient, as I know how picky I can be. I wish there was a Lisa Thomas in the Twin Cities!
I gave this an average rating because the place was clean & I got a mini neck/shoulder massage by my stylist after she finished washing my hair. Otherwise the experience was lack luster. I walked in and no one greeted me. I approached the reception desk, which had about 5 girls standing behind it, staring at me blankly. I sat down after checking in and didn't wait but a minute for my stylist. I was never offered any refreshment, i.e., coffee, water. I noticed while looking around that my stylist was a recent grad. She had her "Top of the Class" award displayed at her station. I believe that fact should have been mentioned to me when I made the appointment. I paid $39 for the cut & blow dry. I will not be returning. The cut was average and my stylist needed some work in the customer service dept. I think alot of the girls working here are recent grads. Just so you know.
