I miss the previous owners! Both ladies rocked their work and made the experience fun and inviting! Now, the customer service sucks and I don't feel like they take pride in their work! I went there to get a new set of Pink and White Gel nails and didn't get to my car when I noticed that a nail was dark on one of the tips. I went back and a different lady began to fix it, she noticed that the rest were poorly done and asked me to come back the next day for her to redo them for me! I did and they were left thicker than I'm used to having them. Then, I figured it was me just being picky and I went back again 3 weeks later for a fill, but decided to have them removed and try the "no chip manicure".... this time, the main guy their did it for me and they looked like crap! Not 3 days later go by when they looked dirty and one chipped off! I go back to get them "fixed" and all he did was give them a buff with a "fresh" coat of polish and rather than remove the polish off of the one that chipped, he attempted to put a couple of coats on the section that chipped to try and match the rest of the nail!!! Low and behold, not only did that same nail chip a day later, but an additional 2 more were chipped off!! o.O Never did I have to go through this with the previous owners. I totally miss them and have no idea where they went!!

This is my nail place to go and will not go anywhere else. The new owner Sonny is great and all the improvement's they have made have made this place even better. I love this place and will not go anywhere else to get my nails done! Don't be afraid of going through the construction to get here, definitely worth the trip. Love you guys T2 Nails!

NEW management!!!! We bought the store on April 26,2010. Only two ladys in the nailshop that does acrylic nails.We never had any costumers complain about cracking nails and others.We garranty 100% money back.If the costumers not satisfy with their nails.For you susanna1279, if you come back we will give you a refund and plus fix your nails for free.You dont have to pay others to fix your nails again.If you think our tools are not professional.You come up with a tool or product that we use by professional, we gladly replace them. We have open the nail shop for five months, we never had one costumer complain. Costumers that come one time, they repeatly come back. For certain costumers that never come to the shop and complains about nail crack plus the tool not professional. Susanna1279.

I just had my 2nd mani/pedi @ the NEW T2 nails and they've earned a loyal customer. There are plenty of others too! I met Jinny today (maybe with an "i" but "y"s are more fun to write so I have a feeling that's how she spells it). Anyway, the new owners had no idea they purchased a bad name! These ladies are wonderful and do a fantastic job. My OPI NO-CHIP manicure looks better than the other "fancy-pants" salons that charge double! Whether you have come in for the first time or have been coming for years, they welcome you and will remember you. They do the best NO CHIP Manicure in the area. I had one done in french and it lasted for 3 weeks. They don't rush through their service, they take the time to make sure that things are done right. Best pedicure that I have ever had.
