I went there during office hours to pick up some serum that I needed. Went completely out of my way to find the office was closed. It was Sunday at 4:58. They close at 6. Bad business etiquette.
If you're looking for waxing without spending a lot, this is the place! They do a good job, but could do better. Can't tell you how many times I've gone & had to tell the esthetician she missed a few spots during my Brazilian wax. They're on 15 min increments so I think this is why- they always seem like they're in a rush to get you in & out and like I said, the quality is not as it should be as opposed to when they're taking more time to wax you. You need 20-25 min or more for a proper waxing (this will also help reduce pain so you're not constantly getting hair ripped off). Spend the extra few dollars & get the quality time with the esthetician... you're already spending a lot!
