For a Newbury St. salon, this place is very reasonably priced! The salon is garden level but brightly lit, and the staff is nice and there is a friendly atmosphere. I have seen Stacy for over a year, and she's fabulous. She is friendly and makes my hair look amazing! I have also seen Adrianna once when Stacy was out ill and she was also great to work with. This is a pleasant salon with nice staff, and gives you the Newbury Street experience without breaking the bank. I would recommend a visit.

I felt like I needed a change, so I got a pretty spur-of-the-moment haircut here yesterday. It was a semi-dramatic cut for me--about 4 inches shorter with light layers. I was nervous to let anyone besides my hairdresser from home do it for me, but Stacy did an absolutely fabulous job. The products smelled amazing, she gave me samples of everything she used on my hair, and she asked exactly how I liked it to be styled (pin-straight with some body). My only complaint is that the cut ended up being $20 more than the listed price of $55, but I love my hair so much that I didn't mind.

Cristina is great at making you feel like you've been best friends for years. I'm sure she says the same empathetic and funny things to everyone, but you still feel like you're both in on a joke while you're there. It's always nice to have an easy conversation during your hair cut. She takes a lot of pride in what she does and the haircut is always good. Even more than that, getting just a blowout is INCREDIBLE. Your hair will look like a movie star's. Very pricey but a great experience. Doesn't ever make you feel out of place even if you look like a mess when you arrive. Great service and staff.

I wish there were higher ratings because Viselli Santoro Salon surely deserves it. I was recommended by a friend to go to Cristina at Viselli. (She is one of the owners) I was nervous because my hair is well MY HAIR and I am very particular about who styles and cuts it. To be honest I waited 12 months, with grays, roots, and split ends because I wanted to make sure I found the right salon. I walked in and immediately I was greeted by Rue at the front desk (She also does AMAZING make-up). She offered me water and told me Cristina would be right with me... WHICH SHE WAS. The overall atmosphere of the salon is relaxing, very clean and a great friendly staff. Cristina LISTENED to my needs, concerns and truly styles, cut and colored my hair to perfection. I could not have asked for more. I am beyond pleased with my hair and Cristina is my new GO TO stylist. I HIGHLY recommend this salon and give Cristina 2 thumbs up for being able to manage my curly locks.

I started doing my hair at Viselli Santoro Salon several months ago, And let me state they are by far the best. They have the BEST stylist in town. I've lived in boston for 13 years now and have tried many salons. I have very coarse hair and it's hard to find someone who can work with it without adding chemicals. At the Viselli Santoro Salon I get to come in and leave with hair all of my mates envy. The customer service is the best. Once I walk in it's an instant hello, and they make sure i have a nice beverage. A few of my favorite stylist include- Kate, she takes hair to a science I've never seen before. always ends up perfect. Victoria, Amazing, just the best. Every time she has styled my hair it ends up better than I expected. I highly recommend going and getting you're hair done.
