I've been going to this Hair Cuttery for years. I've always gotten at least a decent haircut and usually a good one. I've tried many other places in the Baltimore area, inexpensive and pricey, and this is the only place that's never given me a bad haircut.
It's a Hair Cuttery, nothing fancy, which is perfectly fine for me. Most of the women are very friendly here... a few, however, are a bit unprofessional and don't have the best customer service traits. Bottom line, it's a Hair Cuttery... anyone going here needs to realize that when you pay $15 for a haircut, you're probably not going to get "wined & dined." You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a good deal on a haircut, this is a decent place. I've been a customer for about 3 years now...
Worst place to go to. My mom went here today and was treated terribly! After waiting forever, a lady named Rhonda came to help her, although she didn't help at all. She had an attitude from the start, didn't talk the entire time, almost ripped my mom's earring out of her ear, and didn't shampoo though my mom paid for it. Because my mother is a nice person, she of course didn't say anything. This place is terrible. Pay a little more money & go somewhere that will treat you with respect.
This is the WORST place for a haircut I have ever gone. My younger sister picked out a picture that she wanted on the internet. It was shoulder scene hair. The stylist gave her a bob. It is completely unfixable and looks horrid. This is unacceptable.
