The name has changed but the service remains GREAT. Went in for a gel set & pedi for my man. We both were satisfied. The young girl did a great job on my gel manicure. And my boyfriend raved about how silky smooth his feet felt afterwards (don't tell him I said he said that). We definitely will go back, well at least I will, my man isn't a fan of sitting in the nail shop. I dont remember the young girls name but I will use her again. Oh the new name is Pleasant Nails. Great experience, no wait time at all, great service, they were friendly and receptive to request. I highly recommend if you are in that area.
I have been going here for years. Normally, I would slam dunk an Asian nail salon because I've had such bad experiences with them...rush jobs, poor designs and overall not satisfied. Rich Nails is an EXCEPTION. They are pleasant, friendly and take their time to make sure the work is quality. Layla (my technician) is a perfectionist and she makes sure I am satisfied every time I leave her station. Tina and Tran are the best for pedicures. Christina is known for the natural looking eyelashes...she is great. Because of their great reputation, the wait for these particular technicians can be long. It's best to call ahead to make an appointment versus taking a chance on being a walk-in.
Best Gel Nail job I have received. They use OPI Axxium and my nails last 2 plus weeks. Not the best looking place in he best location and the wait for my tech is rather long but it is all worth it.
