Very unprofessional atmosphere. Played music at a deafening pitch with inappropriate lyrics. Stylists keep up a constant chatter among themselves and do not focus on their clients. No one answers the phone even during their stated hours, and they do not return phone calls promptly.

Avoid at all costs -- shady storefront, unfriendly staff, not kid appropriate. Staff ignores reservation times. Receptionist laughed in my child's face when he got upset. Horrible, horrible business.

This kids spa is not what i thought. I have been to both kids spa in Bowie and I must say that it was not what I thought it would be, I thought I would give it a try because it was new but was very disappointed in the service and lack of decoration.
