There staff is really snobby: especially the fat chick who I presume is the manager. I went in to get a haircut with a half-hour wait. Not so bad, right? Until parent-after-parent with their kids come in claiming they have appointments online. Because of some "priority standard," I was moved back from half-an-hour to one hour, finally two hour waits! Forget it! If physically being there for the appointment has lower priority than someone who just walked in and applied online, I am done with this place!
