Bad service. Always in hurry. Gave them a second chance after having poor service and this time too it was extremely bad. Will not advice anyone to go there.

After being a customer there for over 5 years, unfortunately I will not be going back. I went for a rare pedicure and the controller for the pedicure chair was missing it's buttons. Now I don't know about you but the vibrating chair is the most important part of the pedicure. So I asked for another chair that had buttons, I was switched. Then the water was too hot, she cooled it down to far, now it's too cold. After the water and chair issues were resolved, I asked the tech to grab my polish for me and told her the name of the polish. She told ME that I would have to go and get it after she gets done with the pedicure. I told her "Ah, no...I will not be walking/hobbling over to the nail polish stand with wet feet." She then proceeded to yell "YOU TOO PICKY! YOU TOO PICKY!" and stormed off. Since I have been getting my nails done by them twice a month for 5 years while recommending my friends to go there as well - I was very surprised that the owner did not discipline his worker and then find someone else to do my pedicure, but I guess I'll just take my $360 + per year else where, it's a shame though...they have the cleanest nail shop in Kalamazoo.

I just got my eyebrows waxed for the 1st time at this location and they are way too thin. When I tried to call to book the appointment, the line was busy for 30 minutes and I never got through, so I decided to drive over because it said online that they accept walk-ins. When I arrived I had to help the check-in person with fixing their phone. Then... The specialist Nicole did not ask me how I would like my eyebrows waxed, she just sat me in a chair on the main floor and started waxing. Usually, there is a separate room for waxing. Then when I returned home I realized that I had to pluck some additional stray hairs, and I had a bunch of glue left on my forehead. These eyebrows are way too thin and I will try a new location once the grow out is complete. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Not worth the $8

Thoroughly disappointed. For $52 - which I was first quoted $35 - my gel nails chipped within only 6 days. They had a limited selection of gel colors and what they had was cheap and worthless. I will NOT go back.

This salon is just excellent. My manicure has lasted three weeks. The service personnel are professional and meticulous and the salon is very clean and comfortable. Prices are right.
