This was the first time I ever wax in my life. It was kind of exciting... maybe because I'm a guy. The result was good; i got my eyebrow trimmed and the uni waxed. it's been two weeks and the uni still has not grown back, so i am very satisfied with the result. The price was very reasonable too, considering that this is a small little service that she set up.
At first I was skeptic on coming because it's a small business and usually I would go to the franchises at the mall but this place surprised me. I was kindly greeted by Tori, she was an absolute delight. She was friendly and the service was above expectations. Usually I do not get waxes for fear of burning but I tried it and I liked the outcome. She was observant towards my wants and needs and gave me input on what I needed. The pedicure did wonders for my feet, my soles felt softer and smoother. She even gave me advice on how to take care of it, I thought that was very considerate of her. I got carried away and got acrylics done as well, it has been a while since the last time I've gotten nails put on but I figured the service was good that I would give it a go. My french manicure looked amazing! I adored it so much I showed my mother; she liked it a lot too. I will definitely take her to Tori's and recommend her to all my friends. I felt like I was relaxing and chatting with my girlfriend. It felt nice. When I come to a salon, I not only expect great outcomes, but a professional and courteous environment and I finally found a place that offers that and more. I'm excited to come back. :)
