Excellent service and talented stylists, especially Sheri. Not only do they listen to what you want, they know the best way to accomplish it and can make constructive suggestions about what would work best for your hair and type. Their color work is amazing, and I highly recommend trying their new color extensions for a little flash.

Identities was very accomadating in making my appointment. I called on a Tues got in Thur morn. I am very specific about how I want my hair colored and highlighted/multi colors if you will. I brought in a clear picture of my hair that showed how the different colors were done. I have 2 spots with blonde that cover up my grey/white grow out. By putting the blonde there and the rest of the hair really dark, the blonde hides the grow out of grey...However when I got done I had 1 solid color and 2 spots of blonde(where they were before) I asked the stylist how many colors she was using, her response was 2 cuz I am not sure how your hair takes color. What, really...I thought I was told when I schedules this that this stylist knows color and is creative. When I was there, I thought well ok, it will probably be ok, but by the time I got home and played around with it..I thought heck I could have done this myself....DID NOT LOOK AT THE PICTURE CLEARLY EITHER! Then to have the stylist stand at the front desk to wait while I paid so she would get her check, embarrassing if you ask me.....tacky....

While the people were nice - I sat for 15-20 minutes after my appointment time before being seen, the staff seemed too chatty and even ignored the phone multiple times. When I finally saw my stylist (Pat) she was really nice and we talked first about what I wanted but what I wanted and what we decided was not what I got. I asked for 2 inches off and probably got more than 3 off. My top layer is butchered and I have to get it fixed after letting it grow out a bit. She did great on my eye brow and lip wax but I feel my hair cut was well below par and I do not plan to return.

I have been going to this salon to get waxing done by Holly since 2005, and I've always found the customer service to be wonderful, and Holly to be very professional and quick and the best pricing I have found in Kalamazoo, Portage or Richland!!

I have been going to this salon for 2 years and I love them. Micheal is the best!! He always makes my hair beautiful. He always explains exactly how to style my hair and what products I should use.
