I totally recommend Milan's Salon on the mall in downtown Kalamazoo. The staff is approachable, very outgoing, friendly, ready to answer any questions or concerns. Rhoda is wonderful! A skilled and artistic hair stylist whose sense of humor makes time go by quickly and whose ability and experience make me look and feel lovely. I definitely give the salon my highest recommendation,

Not recommended, really bad service and people there are not polite as well. Not up to the standards of an aveda salon.
