They left this poor girl sitting in chaos at the front desk dealing with this "brow happy hour" people were cussing her out, yelling at her, asking her to explain things and asking for management (who were no where to be found) waxers were trying to help her but you could also tell that they had no idea what to do as well. They were so understaffed and this poor girl was visibly shaken but still maintained her professional demeanor. I applaud her and scorn management for leaving her, I will not be returning to this location as I have been to others and have always seen management and owners around. I also heard while sitting there the manager is rude and disrespectful to anyone who has a problem so its not even worth complaining to her. SHAME ON YOU EWC COLUMBIA

I bought a Brazilian wax package and was not impressed. I was told it would take around 15 minutes, but it took around an hour every time. That would've been fine if I knew they were just ensuring to get all the hair off, but the girls I went to ALWAYS missed big, obvious patches. The receptionist with the blonde hair was also very snippy with me and always acted too busy to help me. I did give the place two stars though because my regular waxer was always very nice and helpful.

I have gone to this Columbia, MO location twice now and both times have been disappointing. I get my eyebrows waxed about every month, and have never had a problem at the Kansas City location. These past two times in Columbia I have had to ask them to finish waxing my eyebrows because they either were not even or still had many stray hairs. After a couple times of pointing out places she needed to redo, I finally just gave up and now I already need another appointment. The lady seemed very annoyed that I was asking her to finish the $18 wax job. Never going there again, but I still recommend the KC location!

She is the absolute best! Always makes me feel comfortable and does an amazing job! She does her best to make it as pain free as possible. I would recommend her to anyone!
