I agree with the two five star comments below. Top Nails is simply the best, and Julie does an amazing job of customer service! It's a relaxed and fun atmosphere there, very reasonable prices, and the new pedicure chairs are amazing! I'm not sure about the one star comment as we are unaware of circumstances after they left Top Nails. There are WAY too many repeat customers (and my mom, my daughter, and me are three of them!) at Top Nails to believe one bad review.

Top Nails is a very friendly and welcoming environment. You are greeted as you walk through the door and as you exit. It is family owned and you feel like family as you enter. I have been going there since March and I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER NAIL PLACE AGAIN!!!!! Top Nails is very clean and well taken care of by the family. They know there regular customers by name; if you do not have an appointment NO WORRIES they will work you right in and have you out of there in a timely manner. The family takes pride in what they do and you can see that in their work and shop. They take as much time as is needed and requested with each client and it is not a rushed environment. If you need someone to talk to they are there with open ears. TOP NAILS YOU ARE AN AMAZING FAMILY AND WONDERFUL PLACE TO GO! IT IS PERFECT PLACE TO HAVE FUN FOR A LADIES DAY OF PAMPERING!

Top Nails is simply the best nail salon around. I love the atmosphere because the staff always makes everyone feel at home. I love the professionalism that each employee carries. Everyone there knows exactly what I want done to my eyebrows, nails and toes and they do a marvelous job every time. I also love the fact that they know each regular customer, and there are many, by name. I am a lover of children so Jaden, Julie's son, being there is an added bonus!!! TOP NAILS.....Y'ALL ROCK!!!!

I have been going to Top Nails for a little over a year and I have never been happier!! I have been in NC since 96' and up until over a year ago I have not been able to find a salon that comes close to the service I get here and I've tried many places. I let Julie know how I wanted my nails done once and haven't had to tell her again. She makes it a point to get to know her clients and that's what makes you feel like your a part of her family. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Julie for everything! We love you guys!

Do not go there. I got a pedicure last Monday and I had to go get my big toenail removed, They are not clean so therefore I got a bad infection. Also they're baby runs around then entire time and it's very annoying and not relaxing. I would not even take a dog there.
