I really enjoyed this shop. I am looking for a new Nail Shop since the owner of the one I used to go to moved away. I am very picky about my nails. Hanh did my pedicure and she did a great job. Hannah did my shellac manicure and eyebrows. Hannah seemed to be a little annoyed for most of the process but her attention to detail was amazing with both my eyebrows and nails. I will defintely be returning. Pros: Skill of staff, Attention to detail; Atmosphere in regards to music and decorations Cons: Shop is not clean and tidy like the shop I used to go to (TM Nails in Raleigh off of Ed Drive). They need to do a thorough cleaning of their equipment (ex: the UV light was very dirty) and also just a general dusting of the place. Would've gotten a 5 star if shop was cleaner.

my experience was a horrible experience..the lady that did my nails which I think is the owner did a horrible job..they were lumpy and it was visible she acted like she didn't see it..then when u got ready to pay my bill was $10 extra BC she took it upon her self to add gel and I didn't ask for that..then I left but was so mad i when back and the Guy fixed it..she didn't say sorry or try to comp any money back or nothing..her customer service sucked..who ever the Guy was that helped me was awesome..he had all the girls laughing..but still will not go back BC of the woman..and neither will my friend that was with me.her Polish was chipping a hour after we left and the messed up her airbrush and just left it..didn't take the time to fix it..and I will Also tell all my friends about my experience!!
