I went for my first time and the place look clean, nice. I asked to dye my hair, and her work was horrible. My hair ended up 3 different colors instead of one. She tried to cover her mistakes by saying it looked nice, highlights are completely over priced! She wouldn't admit that she screwed up my hair. Its been a year and Im still dealing with my damaged hair. Its very brittle, dry and has only grown about 4 inches. Imagine how damaged my hair must be if it only grew 4 inches in a year. She was friendly but has no idea how to color hair.
Commin into the salon I felt as a big cloud was lifted off my shoulders staff was friendly , very polished and polite I recived a color which is amazing and the gel nails are to die for and the missus is awesome I love love love this spa if ur lookin for a real professional and outstanding service look no future diamonds spa and salon knows best. .
As you walk into Diamonds, I immediately found myself relaxed and calm, yet in a playful mood. The blue and pink decorations gave an atmosphere of party and fun, excitement, like something wonderful would happen. Lenore, the owner listened very carefully to my ideas, but she also listened to my goals and overall desires of what I would like my hair to do. She gave me a perm and cut. I was not sure what to expect, and when she started combing it out I was a bit surprised. It wasn't exactly what I asked for but it was absolutely what I wanted.
