I would say NO!!! These people are charging $35 for trimming the hair (NO WASH AND BLOW DRY). I went there for eye brows and the lady messed up my eye brows and blamed my other beautician for doing it bad before and she was like I just shaped it..She had attitude. I recommended for someone else for doing my eye brows and facial but the MANAGER ( ROMA) sent someone else saying like she does better than I recommended. I am never going back at this place in my life. I would rather go somewhere else and pay more

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady started to apply wax as I closed my eyes. Seriously, how stupid is that? She looked at me like I was crazy and I told her to that that crap off of my face.Then I got upset and made her wipe the wax off. Next, she was threaded my eyebrows and cut my skin several times, only yelling at me to move my hands from holding the skin. Really just unprofessional and rude. I don't see why they are still in business. Don't go here. It's just ridiculous and the women here need to clearly go back to beauty school.

Loved this place and excellent customer service.So clean and well maintained salon to visit. I have been visiting since 4 years. Since an year, I have found the service has been improved a lot. The staffs behavior is so friendly and they also suggest the facials and other services based on my skin and hair. I would highly recommend this place.

I got my eyebrows threading done at this place and the beautician cut my eyebrow skin and it was the second time, I just thought once is okay and went to the same place as it is nearby and it turned out awful..I said I will not pay for the service and the lady started shouting and giving racist comments on me and saying I purposefully came back to avoid paying. Who on earth would let their eyebrow skin be cut and escape paying for the threading? She did not say a thing to the beautician and shouted on me for a long time and finally said 'DO NOT COME AGAIN', of course I did what I had to do finally but BEWARE everybody...

This place has definitely revamped their style and staff. I noticed a renovated salon and cleaner place in general. Though there is an awfully long wait for eyebrows, it is worth it. Soniya is my favorite! She has a HUGE line for her at most times but I'd rather stick to ONE girl than have my eyebrows messed with by numerous girls. I also noticed there is are a lot of new faces in the salon who seem friendly and happy to help. They always have deals going on on facials and are a great bargain! I'd definitely recommend to my friends and family!
