I had a wonderful facial by JoJo and a fabulous massage with Joy. I've been going here for years and find it is always a satisfying experience.

BUYER BEWARE! I went there for a facial with Tami and it was the worst facial i've ever had - there was no intake form to understand what im allergic to or what medications im taking to see what products would react with my skin. (claims to be a doctor in Russia) She didn't use gloves for extractions - when I asked her about it she told me "don't give me a hard time" and proceeded to wash my face with cheap witch hazel. the entire experience was horrible I couldn't relax.She put a "collagen mask" on my face and walked out of the room to do a waxing for another person. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! At the end of the session she put makeup on my face to hide my skin. I wiped it off with a tissue and it was mustard yellow. The rest of the night my face proceeded to break out and become itchy. I just could not relax - not only was she flapping her lips the entire time but she was telling me how horrible my skin was and told me that she was the only one in the world who should be touching my face.

ABSOLUTE NO NO !!! Horrible place with really loud and disturbing ambience. The 'girls' out there were loud and discussed very very openly about their night lives. The manicure was unbelievably bad - the worst Ive ever had ! The nails were not completely painted and skin had some color coming in !!!! Pedicure was fine except for the really uncomfortable chairs with NO drying station which means you take a risk and get out with partially dried toe nails. The owner (Im guessing) demanded for a tip despite the really horrible manicure. It was really a BAD disaster - really did not expect such horrible service and experience on the one day I take off to relax. Seriously both the places across from them on Millburn ave were FAR better than these guys. !!!

I was looking for a new place to get a good facial that didn't involve me schlepping into manhattan. I have tried most of the high-end spas/facials in NYC and in my area (Maplewood/Millburn/Short Hills). I found this salon by looking at other user's reviews, and I have to say I am ecstatic! I fee like I stumbled upon a gem!! the "esthetician," Tami, is actually a dermatologist in her native land, and that experience is invaluable when dealing with any kind of problem skin. I have never gotten such a thorough and perfectly executed facial.... a note, this is not a "relaxing" facial, although I felt comfortable and relaxed in her highly capable hands. I highly recommend her and her services. they also have a special 4-pack of facials for $200, which is a real bargain. win win!!

THE MOST TERRIBLE FACIAL I EVER GOT IN MY LIFE WAS AT THIS PLACE...I've been in the beauty industry for over 9 years and I get facials regularly i bought a gift certificate from groupon to their spa and i regret every minute of it....first of all....i called to confirm my appt. 30 mins before and they didn't have me in the book....then i get there and the receptionist and is very unprofessional the lady that takes me to do my facial is telling me that she is doing them favor by staying late and usually its asian women that do the groupon facials and she is only get $12 from this facial and then she goes to tell me that i have rosacea! Now i would not have a problem with it if i did but i have NEVER EVER been told i have rosacea so she obviously doesn't know what she is doing....i didn't even get to go under the blankets she made me lay on top of the bed with my clothes on...i didn't get a full extraction...it was the worst experience of my life i was hoping to go and relax for an hr and it was the most stressful 45 minutes of my life STAY AWAY!!!!
