I have been going to Vanity for a few years now, So recently I used Vanity Salon for my cousin sweet sixteen. I personally came to the location to make the appointment since half the time Joanne at the front desk can't hear you. I came in i talked to the very nice ladies that did my hair, and was given a price that was quite reasonable. The day came and I got my hair done as well as my aunt and cousin, came to the cash register and all the total was so high, I wasn't charged the price that I was given at all. Now I am highly upset because I just got them two new customers who was satisfied with the service that we received however we would of just wanted to know the prices correctly in advance. Don't know if I should go back, I like the staff and the service just upset that they did this to me after being a customer for so many years.
Don t waste your time scheduling an appointment there. Christine confirmed me for 4:00 p.m. and called me at 3:40 to tell me that I was late and couldn t be seen until 5:30, she called me back to apologize and asked if I could come in at 4:30. What a total waste of time. Hello Vanity! People work and have schedules to keep, totally disrespectful of my time. They lost a nice tipping customer. too bad. This was a total frustrating mess.
Quality work in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Anthony does an impressive work with color and haircut. He is also very nice and listens to you carefully when you describe what you want. The staff is very nice and friendly. Also great hair waxing with Deanna.
