i dont really give a review in general but i cant help my self coz every time i look in the mirror/comb my hair i remember what the guy did to my long hair..i asked him, i want a long layerd hair and i even showed him a picture so that he have an idea of what i want my hair to be, but he just cut it the way he want it..and the worst is he cut my underneath hair..so it looks like i had an under cut style which is ugly looking..over all i warn u all that dont go there if you love your hair... just go somewhere else.. :(
I have been going to this place for years but what they have done to my hair recently is devastating. I had asked the hair stylist to get rid of the orange color that is underneath my hair. I didn't ask him to dye my hair white. I had beautiful blondish/gold hair. He totally ruined my hair, totally over processed, and fried it. When brushing my hair though it now comes out in clumps due to the over processing. I an literally devastated. Not only is the hair white but I have a few bald spots from the hair being over processed and just simply all broke off. My scalp is all red and itchy. When I called in the next morning to speak with the owner the rude receptionist told me he's on vacation, and when I asked them for their license number, she rudely said something in Chinese and hung up the phone. I will never step foot in this place ever again in my life. Terrible business.
I'd say the stylist I had was average, no one introduced themselves which is a sign to me I'll probably not be coming back unless they are really good at what they do.
