I have been going to Bocu Salon for a several months now. I have to say I truly love it! I have been to several different stylists throughout the salon for blowouts and I am very happy with how my hair looks and feels every time. I also go for haircuts, color, and highlights, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I love the color of my hair and it always feels soft for days after, the colorists are easy and pleasant to talk to, they listen to what you want have have very good suggestions. I recommended a friend to get her hair colored there, and she is also very pleased. The staff is very helpful and friendly, from the front desk, to the mani and pedi stations, the makeup counter, and the girls who wash, condition, and glaze. I always have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Bocu! Diane A.

I was looking for a new salon after moving to LI, and I received a coupon for Bocu Salon so I decided to try it. I was booked with Jessica for highlighting and a cut/blow out. I told her what I wanted and she did exactly the opposite. I wanted no more blonde and she put more blonde in! I asked for bright red and I got brown... The cut was good, but she did not listen to me regarding the color nor did she care what I thought at the end. She was so busy in other things and talking to other people that she even made the wash girl blow out my hair! Then the salon charged me DOUBLE what the coupon said I'd be charged. I will never return to this salon.

I was unimpressed with this salon. There service was just "okay". My color seemed to fade within a week. I didnt walk out happy with the look or feel of my hair like i usually do after a day at the salon.

So Unprofessional manager in the day spa...Rude, nasty, loud, annoying...rushed us through every treatment...I will never go back there. There was nobody in the spa it was completely empty...and few people in the salon...PS there is no nail tech there on a regular basis. So if you decide to have your nails done last minute, NO CAN DO!! I guess that tells you something...
