I called to make an appointment a week in advanced for a friday at 4:15. I was told they were too booked at that time (because of a 'Valentine's Day rush") so come at 4:45- I said no problem. When I arrived at 4:35 the salon was completely empty so I don't see how they could have been sooo packed just 20 minutes earlier. That was no big deal but just put a bad taste in my mouth. When I arrived I was sort of greeted ( not particularly warmly) and told to choose a color. My whole mani/pedi lasted about 35 minutes. There was no massage with either and it seemed very rushed for a very empty salon. The woman who did my nails wasn't very friendly and honestly a little stuck up. Maybe she didn't make an effort to be friendly because I had a groupon but I would think that they want return customers? Will not be returning.

It was my first time at this salon and I could not have been more satisfied. The owner Dena was very friendly and all the staff was courteous and out to make you feel like really being pampered. I got my hair colored and cut by Gail who I have to say was the best cut/color I have gotten in years.The wash and color stations where comfortable and immaculate. staff never makes you feel rushed or like your in the way like other salons. I will definitely be returning soon and recommending to all my family and Friends.

Hated it is a nice word. I went to this salon yesterday to cut my hair for donation and get a short haircut.. Dina or Dona was my stylist she was terrible..... from the front my hair look ok but when today in the morning i looked in the light to check the back .. my hair where just chopped of in some random way... you can see all unevenness... right side is longer then my left side.. and my crown is just shorter then all the rest of the hair... layers don't even blend in !!!!!!! Terrible !!!!!!! if i could of added a picture i would !!!! its a shame

My wife went to the salon for the first time about a week ago. She had a great experience from start to finish. She thought, Dena, the owner was an amazing nail technician as well. She will be back for sure

Nice Salon...had my cut/color done with Glory. Sad to hear she is no longer there. I have found her in Salon 3028. She does great work.
