Read the fine print!!! My mother and I bought a Groupon to try the place out, it was a nightmare from the start.. 1 They tried telling me that we both could not use the groupon at the same time. 2 “when you’re using a groupon it is expected for you to buy products while you’re here also 3, one of our hair dressers are unavailable we are running an hour later than scheduled. This was all in the first 5mins of walking in the door. It was a mother daughter day so we kept a smile on and tried to make the best of it. The girl doing my hair who claimed she was the owner was nice enough to me but was rude and vulgar to everyone else in the place. My hair came out ok but was nothing like I asked for. Then it was my mother’s turn… the girl was extremely rude and short with my mother and was preaching to her about god and faith etc.. seems like she raced through my mother’s hair just because she wasn’t in the mood. At one point I started looking for hidden cameras like I was on a show…. My mother and I had a good laugh at how crazy the place was and decided no matter the deal would never try this place again.. The place is very nice looking and clean but am looking for more than clean floors when getting my hair done…. Perfect example of you don’t always get what you pay for..

I got my hair cut twice there and wasn't happy until I got it cut one day by Jacqui and was stunned by how good it came out.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean... my only issue is with the overwhelming lack of professionalism of the owner.

I recently had one of my best experiences at Tranquility Salon and Day Spa. All of the staff that work there are very friendly and inviting. The whole time i was there getting my hair done everyone had great customer service. I was always being asked if i needed anything if i was comfortable, etc. Everyone in there was very professional and very educated.you could tell they knew what they were doing. When i walked out of the salon i was so happy with my hair and the entire salon all together! I would recommend Tranquility to all of my friends so they could get to experience what i did!

i hate it there! when i was there it wasnt tranquility at all!! they try to upsell everything and anything every single minute you are there it is ridiculus!! i had alexis and she didnt seem like she knew what she was doing i didnt get what i asked for and the color was totally off deffinetly shouldnt be like that since they OVERPRICE you on everything! you can tell the owner is very cheap!! they even charge you for a blow out!!! i mean do they really expect a customer to walk out with there hair wet!! They do not care about their clients all they are trying to do is get money out of them and sell sell sell!! it is so annoying!! you can just tell they are all sooo cheap i mean charging for a blow out!! i will never return i have gone a couple times and i dont even know why i have gone back!! you dont get your appointment on time and with the spa it sucks!! they dont seem organized at all the owner is really rude!! they need to learn how to treat there clients i mean when i went there the girls seem preoccupied by how they looked rather than how their client looked i mean some of them were even doing their own hair when there were customers waiting!! do not reccomend this place! dont waste your time and money!! because trust me they will try to push you and push you into buying somthing!! ughhh!!
