Absolute worst service! Walked in never was greeted..I cant tell you how many employees saw me there greeted other customers and still said nothing to me.. Picked out my colors sat in the chair for 45 minutes before i was even set up for my pedicure mind you i waited 45 minutes and no one said one word to me. I went back and the lady doing my feet got white nail polish all over my capris. The girl that ended up doing my nails was the only girl there that was nice and respectful. while i was leaving other employees were leaving and they said by to the girl who always works the counter. I said bye after and the employee leaving goes i wasnt talking to you and went back to talking to the girl behind the counter.Totally rude and horrible experience seems to how i have been going there since they opened. ABSOLUTELY NEVER GOING BACK....

I've been going here for about 3 months now and I love my nail tech. LiLi is wonderful! She does a fantastic job, very through,clean, and kind. She does my mani's and pedi's. I would recomend you try this place. Plus it's beautiful inside! Very spa like!

I really don't like this place, they never write down your reservation, they always make you wait, they do terrible nails, they never listen to what you want, and when they speak, they speak in Vietnamese and I always know they talk about me. They also stare and point at you while talking in Vietnamese. It's disrespectful and rude. It's terrible service. It may look nice and all inside, but the workers are rude. I'd recommend Star Nails.
