Got a facial here for the first time and it was absolutely AMAZING. I didn't really know what to expect, and I was thoroughly surprised. I had sent an email to them asking some questions and received an immediate follow-up. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to make one for the next day! How wonderful?! When I arrived, I was greeted and offered cookies and coffee/tea and asked to fill out a simple page of paperwork. Within minutes, I was already being taken into my room. The room was very nice; warm, dim, very clean, smelled very fresh and made for you to relax. When Debbie came back in, she made sure I was comfortable and began to examine my skin. She told me what she thought and began to explain what exactly she was going to do to my skin. The products she use were phenomenal (more on this later); they were strong enough to deep clean without irritating and smelled wonderful. After each application of cleanser, toner or masque, she performed various massages. I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing massage of my arms, chest, neck, scalp and even my ears (never had that done to me before, it's quite relaxing!). Debbie applied the perfect amount of pressure to invoke relaxation and the experience was absolutely amazing. My skin has never felt this "smoothe"! Never having had a facial before, I've never really experienced clean skin. But my skin feels so clean; it feels light, healthy and it actually feels like my face is breathing. After the facial, Debbie took the time to explain to me the products she used during the treatment, and which ones she recommended for my skin type. Fortunately, they stock all the products there and they're available for purchase. The great thing is that they did not pressure me into purchasing anything; she was simply recommending products, and I chose to purchase 3 of them. They are reasonably priced too! After this pleasant experience, I cannot wait to book my next facial! It was so relaxing and soothing, and my skin has never looked or felt this wonderful! I will most definitely be coming back here and I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thanks again to the friendly staff here, you guys rock! :)

Great location and beautifully appointed inside. The products are amazing and they offer some great packages and gift certificates. I would highly recommend Smoothe to anyone!

Finally, a day spa that does Laser Hair Removal properly. No pain. . .and, it works! Facials are fabulous too. The staff at Smoothe really knows their stuff. I have been a customer for a long time because I have benefited tremendously from their skin care products and their skin care treatments. And, they treat me like queen! Great atmosphere too!!
