The attitudes are TERRIBLE here and the work is nothing but average. I have never been treated this bad or felt more uncomfortable someplace. There is one girl there (can't remember her name) but she is fantastic. She is always at the pedicure area... she also does waxing too. As for the other women that work there; they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you walk in to give THEM business. They don't take appointments so I was surprised the last two times I came in that they rolled their eyes told me to wait 30 min (which ended up being way past that) and then man-handled me and spent less than 10 min on a manicure and a crap job polishing them. I've been there 4 times (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, everyone has a bad day once in a while) but that was the last time I will ever go there. If you don't mind being treated poorly and paying for a job you could do yourself for free, then this is your place.

they burned my skin during the eyebrow wax... and took off an unreasonable amount of hair! Then they told me i needed a lip wax (which I don't)... and then insisted upon it after I said no... They also screwed up my mani... cutting my cuticle too deep... now i have cuticle frays around my nail...

I go into Nails 21 once a month for a fill in. That is it. The fill ins are the longest lasting ones I have ever had. Have never had a problem with rudeness, although I feel the quality would have me going back anyway. No, they don't jump on you with smiles when you walk in the door, but no one has ever been rude. I have no clue what the other reviewer is talking about with the pedi chairs.
