Awful experience. Very rude owner, I had to ask him if he realized I was his paying customer. I'm not sure he knows that a spa is about taking care of people and is part of the hospitality industry. Save your money. Bella toccare down the road and Renees on the square are much better choices. Bella is swanky, and Renees is less formal, but both kill it compared to this place.
Never even made it to the haircut. Purchased a Groupon and was rescheduled twice, over a period of six weeks because there were no other appointments available. The second time I was rescheduled, no one even called to tell me, which sucks because I had to leave work early to make it. The owner was not there but I had spoken to him prior to this experience about scheduling. Really poor customer service.
